Lindsay

Lindsay was born in sunny Bermuda but was raised on Vancouver Island on 15 acres of forested land. This space allowed her family to have many pets throughout her childhood, as well as take in the ocassional wildlife rescue. It was clear that veterinary medicine was in her future.

Lindsay started at McKenzie Veterinary Services as an assistant before pursuing technician school at Olds College. She graduated with distinction in 2022 and returned to the McKenzie family to begin the next stage in her career. Her interests lie in animal rehabilitation and therapy, with the goal of completing additional education and training in this area over the coming years.

Outside of work, you can find Lindsay hiking and swimming with her mini doodle, Rosey, enjoying time with family and friends, reading, baking, and travelling (whenever she has the chance!)
